Agradi was founded in 1998 as a mail order company. You could place an order by mailing a physical catalogue to Agradi. At the time it was innovative, we can hardly imagine it now.
The online shop was set up in 2000 and has had many updates since. Over the years, the focus has moved from agricultural to equestrian. Today, Agradi has one of the largest product ranges of equestrian products within The Netherlands and abroad.
At Agradi you will find anything you need for horse, rider, stable and pet in one online shop. We have over 100.000 products and over 300 different brands. Besides The Netherlands, Agradi is also active in Germany, France, Belgium and several other European countries.

Offering good customer service is an essential part of Agradi. As a customer service employee, you will not only get asked standard questions like “How can I return my product“?, but you will also get asked questions for which you need your specialised product knowledge. The questions are asked over email, by phone or through social media.
Within our customer service department, you work together as a true team. Your main collective goal is to be able to help our customers as quickly as possible with any queries they may have.

Our logistic team is unmissable for us to be able to send out our customers’ orders. Incoming goods are received and put on stock. Customer orders are picked and sent out. In our return department, each product that has been sent back is checked before it goes back on stock. Our logistic team works in several shifts throughout the day and evening to ensure that many packages can be sent out and that there are fitting work times for each individual situation.

As a purchaser within Agradi, you are a true big spender. With a product range as big as Agradi’s, it is important to have the right items on stock. Has a popular product sold out? You will search for a good alternative for our customers. Besides ensuring Agradi has the right products on stock, you are responsible for the post-processing of the delivered orders and the purchase of new collections. and keeping in touch with our suppliers to make agreements that Agradi, the supplier and our customers are happy with!

MARKETING & COMMUNICATION
Our marketing & communication team is the most mixed team within the organisation, everyone has their own specialisation. Within this team photographers, graphical designers and marketers are responsible for the communication towards our customers. Examples include our web shop, newsletters, social media, partnerships and more. Images and text are combined to form one message. Every day is different!

Without data department, there would be no Agradi. Did you know that our data department processes raw data so it can be seen on the Agradi website. The data team works with words and codes to transform them into an item on the Agradi website that can be ordered by our customers. An interesting promotion on a product? Our data team ensures that this product will have the correct price. Besides all this, the data team is also responsible for SEO, benchmarking, legislation, testing new functionalities on the website, etc... The data team is the silent power behind the company.
